Hansen Family Reunion Aug. 2008

So a couple weeks ago, we had the Hansen family reunion, we do it pretty much every year, but cory has a foster brother and sister that don't get to come very often. Ace and Lumina, came to live with cory's family when they were only 3 and 5 years old. They have been part of the famly ever since, and now are both in their late 20's and early 30's. They are so much fun to be around, and we love having them as part of the family. Lumina has been in Korea studying art, and Ace lives in Boston while running a night club. We haven't been able to spend quality time with them in about 4 years, so we were all looking forward to it very much.
We had so much fun, it started in Troutlake Aug. 2nd which was Gabbi's birthday. We went to the Troutlake fair first, did some ziplines, bounce house, had some YUMMY elephant ears, wood cutting, face painting, and just hung out on the grass. We then went and celebrated Gabbi's birthday with presents, and cake, later attended a highschool family reunion, and ended with a bonfire outside, and a live band. (I think it qualified as that, you have to remember, it's TROUTLAKE)
The week was very adventurous, and action packed!!! We biked, explored caves, did some hiking, tubed and kayaked down the river, and played games. Later that week, we ended up back at our house, and did some wakeboarding, movies, etc.
It was definately a week to remember. We have so much fun with the Hansen family, especially, when Ace and Lumina are there, it just seems to complete everything.
We love you all, and thanks for the AMAZING vacation.

Thanks tiffany, she's a sweety, you will all love having her. I'm so excited to get a different picture for my blog, our family pic is so cheezy, and cory hates it.

Brackon just turned 11-can't believe they are as old as we are now-I still feel that young!!!(sometimes:) Your family reunions each year sound like a blast-it is always fun to catch up and retell funny stories of the past! Is everyone back in school? My kids are exhausted by the end of the day-it is great!
